Include the app version, device model, OS version, time and steps to reproduce. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or full save files.

Saves and backups

Progress is saved on your device. Before reinstalling or changing devices, keep an encrypted backup from the in-game Player ID / Backup screen. Importing a backup replaces your current progress. Forgotten backup passwords cannot be recovered.

Purchases and ad rewards

If a purchase or reward is missing, avoid repeating the purchase. Tell us the item, time and error shown. Refunds follow the official process of the store you used.
