Game launch privacy information

NEON BASTION is preparing for release. In addition to local saves, game features include paths that process account identifiers, names and leaderboard records, ad-reward records and purchase verification. The final game privacy policy will be published after the shipped SDKs, retention and account-deletion process have been verified. This notice does not replace that pending game policy.
